How it works
Shopping with usFind what you love and add it to your cart. Checkout like you would on any online store.
PurchasePay at the checkout or provide your plan manger's email at checkout and your invoice will automatically be forwarded for reimbursement, so you won't be out of pocket.
Most products within the shop can be purchased through your 'Consumables', or 'Assistive Products for Personal Care and Safety' budgets. If you're unsure about your budget categories, check with your plan manger.
We'll email you when your claim has been successful, then you'll receive your order in just 2-10 business days!
